Are FINDE products made in Australia?
FINDE skin and body products are proudly created and crafted in Melbourne, Australia, not far from the start of the 1 in 20. That's right. We still make things here!
Are FINDE sunscreens safe?
FINDE SPF30 and SPF50 dry touch sunscreens comply with Australian Standard AS/NZS 2604:2012 and are registered with the TGA.
I have sensitive skin, can I use FINDE?
Like all skincare products we advise that you skin patch test prior to use. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and clothing. Do not use on broken, damaged or irritated skin. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
I am not in Australia can I purchase FINDE?
We are currently only shipping within Australia from this website. Please check the stockists section of this website for international shopping options.
How are FINDE products different from other products?
Our products reflect our belief that spending more time outside riding (or surfing, running, climbing...) is the best thing you can for your life. Our formulas are designed prepare, protect and repair your skin for a life outdoors and have been specifically created with a cyclists needs in mind.

Do you test on animals?
Glad you asked. All FINDE products are cruelty free. The only animals that wear FINDE are the type that ride harder and faster than the rest of us can dream.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your FINDE but unfortunately, we do not offer returns on opened packages. If you would like to exchange your un opened products, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full your original form of payment providing product is unopened, unused and in it's original packaging. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at email@example.com and we'll help you place the return.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the FINDE you ordered!
